    Hi there!

Aside from the above about Xbox game bar, if you remember installing any third party app. I suggest checking them as well as sometimes some apps has a shortcut key to start a recording, clipping, or screenshot. You can also check inside Fortnite Settings → Keyboard Controls:

    • Make sure C is still bound to Crouch
    • Make sure no secondary bind conflicts with recording

You can also try disabling some startup apps by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to open the task manager. Check each apps you have and try disabling them 1 by 1 and restart your device before playing Fortnite again then test if "C" key is still triggering the clip function.

Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding you in short period of time and regret for a delay in response. As I am merely a fellow user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful to others. Thanks!

The C key is likely bound to “record game clip” in Xbox Game Bar, so every time it’s pressed in Fortnite, Windows starts saving a clip.

To stop this behavior in Windows 11/10:

    1. Open Xbox Game Bar settings
      • Press Windows key + G to open Xbox Game Bar.
      • Press Tab until the Settings button is focused, then press Enter.
    2. Change or remove the shortcut
      • In Settings, go to the Capturing or Shortcuts section (where recording shortcuts are listed).
      • Look for the shortcut that starts recording a clip (by default Windows key + Alt + R) and check if C has been added as an extra keybind.
      • Remove C from that shortcut or change it to a different key combination that does not conflict with Fortnite crouch.
    3. (Optional) Disable Xbox Game Bar entirely
      • Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
      • Type xbox and select Enable Xbox Game Bar.
      • Turn the toggle off to disable Xbox Game Bar so it can’t start recordings at all.

After changing/removing the shortcut or disabling Xbox Game Bar, pressing C in Fortnite will no longer trigger “saving clip.”
