ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK while scheduling AZ-900 exam

Hello,

I received an AZ-900 exam voucher on my Microsoft account ([******@gmail.com]).

When I try to schedule the exam, I get the error: ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK.

Pearson VUE redirects me back to Microsoft Learn instead of opening the exam scheduling page.

Other Microsoft accounts work, but the voucher is attached to this account.

Please help link my Microsoft account with Pearson VUE so I can schedule the exam.

Thank you.

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK indicates that the Pearson VUE account is blocked, typically due to multiple failed payment attempts. This block prevents scheduling any exams with that Pearson VUE profile, even if the Microsoft Learn voucher is valid.

    To proceed:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE support and request removal of the ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK on the Pearson VUE account that is associated with the Microsoft account used on Microsoft Learn. Use the Pearson VUE support link provided on the Microsoft Certification support page: https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport.
    2. After Pearson VUE removes the block, return to the AZ-900 exam page on Microsoft Learn and select the Schedule exam / Schedule through Pearson Vue option again.
    3. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that holds the AZ-900 voucher and complete the transfer-to–Pearson VUE steps to reach the scheduling page.
    4. During checkout in Pearson VUE, ensure the voucher/discount is applied so that the total due is correct (for a free voucher, it should show 0.00 at payment).

If the block is cleared but scheduling still fails, open a case with Microsoft Credentials support so a moderator can review the certification profile and voucher status.

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.
