Microsoft Learn Q&A and the documentation sites do not provide a way to change or bypass the AI-based telephone system used by Microsoft customer support.
To get help from a human support agent instead of the phone system, use the web-based support flows rather than calling repeatedly:
- Go to the online support entry point for Microsoft products.
- Select the relevant product and category.
- Proceed through the “Get help”/“Sign in to get support” flow.
- After confirming the product and issue type, choose one of the available support options (such as chat or call-back from a support agent) when presented.
For business customers with eligible subscriptions, the Services Hub also offers a Virtual Agent that can help resolve some issues without waiting for a live engineer, and from there it is possible to escalate to traditional support if the automated suggestions do not resolve the problem.
If the concern is specifically about the behavior or quality of AI-based experiences (such as chatbots or moderation systems), use the built-in feedback mechanisms provided in those products or services so that the responsible teams can review and improve the systems.

- MSN articles - Microsoft Q&A Unable to comment on MSN articles, keep getting message about guidelines, no matter what I type.
- Community comments/login error - Microsoft Q&A Why is that I can't leave a comment while logged in? I can like other comments, I can read all the comments, I am logged in, as I can see my profile picture in the upper right of my screen and next to the space to comment. I type my comment and submit, but I receive an error that says "your session has timed out, login to comment" and when I click the link, it just takes me to the community guidelines page. What's the issue here? Is it a censoring thing? I've said nothing that goes against guidelines, so that's why I'm confused.
- Stop the Nutty Censorship - Microsoft Q&A I've had no problem posting comments on news articles featured by MSN until a couple of days ago. When try to post a banner pops up that says the comments don't meet the community guidelines. None of my comments went against the community guidelines and if they did, they were directed at someone who clearly broke the guidelines, and I gave them a bit of face time. I have NO marks on my account that would flag me as a violator of the rules, yet someone or something is going through the censorship process and removing the comments that they just find disagreeable. This extreme sensitivity is not part of the community guidelines and actually can hurt your product line because you refuse to accept the undeniable criticism of actual users. If you're using AI, you need to get rid of it or fix the broken algorithm. Please stop the censorship, you're killing dialogue.
