Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Olav Strand,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Regarding that you need a copy of an invoice. I’d like to gather a few details so I can better understand the situation and assist you more effectively.
I noticed your question is posted under the Business tag, so my initial guidance will focus on work/school (Microsoft 365) accounts.
If this issue is happening with a personal Microsoft account instead, could you please let me know so I can adjust the troubleshooting steps accordingly?
Do you still have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
May I ask you are you an end user or an admin ?
If this is related to your organization’s Microsoft 365 subscription, the admin can download the invoice by following these steps:
Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Go to Billing > Bills & payments.
Look for the invoice for the relevant date and amount.
Please note that Microsoft Q&A moderators do not have access to customer invoices.
Thank you again for your time and understanding. While my initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, I’d like to gather more details about your situation so I can assist you more effectively.
I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response!
