How to cancel automatic payments?

Hello
This is a urgent issue, i hope you can arrange a person who can speak mandarin. 
Due to online subscriptions do not completely with local tax regulations, we plan to purchase them from a Taiwanese agent.

However, our contract is about to expire and we are worried about automatic renewal. Please help us cancel the automatic credit card subscription to avoid additional charges. Thank you.
