- From the Admin Portal (recommended)
- Sign in as admin
- Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/
- Select Support > New support request
- Choose Dynamics 365
- Select Finance / Business Central
- Describe: “Incorrect customer payment posted – need reversal guidance”
- Submit
- Direct Dynamics 365 Support Page
- Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/dynamics-365/contact-us
- Click Get support
- Sign in
- Start chat or request a call
Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
