Deleting a payment

I have entered a payment for a customer incorrectly into Dynamics 365. I need to delete it back out so that it reconciles with the financial Data on our ERP. How can this be done?

    1. From the Admin Portal (recommended)
    • Sign in as admin
    • Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/
    • Select Support > New support request
    • Choose Dynamics 365
    • Select Finance / Business Central
    • Describe: “Incorrect customer payment posted – need reversal guidance”
    • Submit
