I recently attempted to take my MS exam and submitted my Indian ID proof for verification, but it was not approved. I was then asked to provide an alternate ID proof (Aadhaar), which also failed to validate. After this, I was instructed to reschedule the exam. However, when attempting to reschedule, I did not receive any confirmation email for rescheduling or cancellation. Additionally, there is no option to reschedule or cancel the exam in my profile credentials.
Can someone clarify whether my exam has been canceled or rescheduled? If it has been rescheduled, could you provide information on when it will be?
