A PDF version of the Microsoft Learn transcript can be created and then used for job applications, but it is not automatically emailed.
To get a PDF of the transcript:
- Sign into the Microsoft Learn profile.
- Go to the profile page (click the avatar → Profile).
- In the left menu, select Transcript.
- Select Print, then in the printer dialog choose Save to PDF (or similar) instead of a physical printer.
- Save the PDF file locally.
This PDF can then be attached manually to any job application or email.
Alternatively, a shareable online link to the transcript can be generated:
- On the Transcript page, select Share link.
- If no link exists yet, select Create link; otherwise select Copy link.
- Share this link with employers so they can view and verify the transcript online.
If using the Certification Dashboard instead of the Learn profile transcript:
- Open the Certification Dashboard and select View Transcript.
- Select PDF to download a PDF copy, or Email to have the system send a copy of the transcript to a specified email address.
