I can't install Bing Wallpaper app as a normal Windows user. Ithe installation hangs when 45% is processed.

When I install the app undes admin account then it is installed successfully. When I login in Windows unser admin account then the Bing Wallpaper app runs.

But as normal user I can't start it. The app didn't start automatically, and when I try to start it manually fromC:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.BingWallpaper_1.1.441.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe,then I get an error: Windows cannot access the specific device, path or file.

Please fix the installation for a normal users.

    Hello,

Search for CMD in the search box, right-click and open it as administrator. Enter: icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /grant Users:(OI)(CI)F /T

This command will grant full control permissions to the WindowsApps folder and all its files and subdirectories to all Users.

All accounts will not encounter permission issues.
