If you are being billed twice for a subscription, it is possible that recurring billing for the same subscription may be associated with different payment methods.
I recommend signing in to your Microsoft account and checking the Order History page to see if two orders were placed. If you only see one order, the other charge may have been made directly through the app itself rather than through Microsoft.
In that case, you may need to cancel one of the subscriptions from the platform where it was purchased to avoid being billed twice.

Type Talk to an agent, then click Get Help.
At the bottom of the page click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you face the same issue with the affected account use a different account to contact Microsoft Support.
Select Other Products, then Billing and Account Profile questions, then Confirm.
Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
