    Hi RAJENDRASHAH-6639,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand how frustrating this is, especially when the front camera works but the rear camera doesn’t.

Based on what you’ve described, here are the next best steps to check:

Step 1: Run the Microsoft‑recommended Surface camera checks

    • Open the Get Help app and run the Camera troubleshooter.
    • If available, open the Surface app and check Device Health to make sure all firmware and updates are fully installed. This helps confirm there isn’t a missed update or device‑level setting affecting the camera.

Step 2: Remove and reinstall the camera driver

    • Select Search on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and open it.
    • Expand Cameras and check if one of these appears:
      • Intel(R) TGL AVStream Camera
      • Intel(R) AVStream Camera
    • Double‑click the camera, go to the Driver tab, and select Uninstall Device.
    • Check Attempt to remove the driver for this device, then select Uninstall.
    • Restart your Surface and let Windows reinstall the driver automatically.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes, and I’ll be glad to guide you on the next steps if needed.
