Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Thank you so much for getting back to me, @G Sai.
You can review your Conditional Access policies directly in Entra (please see the attached screenshot), and you can also learn more about how these policies work here: Microsoft Entra Conditional Access: Zero Trust Policy Engine - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn
If you’ve already confirmed that Jabber is allowed in both the Teams Admin Center and Entra, and after checking Conditional Access you don’t see any policies that would block third‑party apps, then the best next step would be to submit a support ticket to Microsoft engineering so they can perform a deeper investigation.
I hope you can understand that as a forum moderator, I don’t have the permissions or backend tools needed to check your tenant directly. And since the issue involves a third‑party app (Jabber), it may require additional troubleshooting on the backend.
You can follow Microsoft’s official guide to open a support ticket here: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
Tips: You can switch off the Support Assistant as shown in the screenshot, then type a few short characters into the search box and select Get Help. After that, wait for the Contact Support button to appear and click it. When you reach the contact‑method step, I recommend choosing Email, as it tends to be a more consistent and effective option in my experience.
Once the ticket opens, a technical support technician can conduct a remote session to investigate the situation, review the backend configurations, and run the necessary synchronization tools to resolve the issue. If further intervention is required, they can refer the matter to a specialized team for in-depth analysis.
Thank you again for your understanding. I truly hope the issue is resolved quickly by the senior support specialists, and that your organization will soon be able to use the apps smoothly without any interruptions.
