Intel NUC13 repaired under warranty by Asus. Returned an Intel labeled Asus NUC13. Now with C/SSD reinstalled, MS Office will not activate.

If you have a perpetual license, you may run into activation issues after certain hardware changes have been made on the computer. You may have to contact Microsoft support for assistance with (re-)activation.

If you actually got a new computer and a perpetual version of Office was preinstalled on the old one, talk to the seller and find out how they can help.

    Hello

MS Office is a very broad term. Specifically, do you have the subscription (you pay monthly or annually), or do you have the perpetual license (one time purchase)?

I saw you selected Microsoft 365 as your question category, so assuming you have the susbcription, this is what you can do:

    Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.
