Hello,

I am experiencing frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) crashes on my laptop and need technical assistance to identify the failing driver or hardware component.

System Specifications:

  • Model: HP OMEN Laptop (SKU: 13D22EA#ABZ)
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics
  • OS: Windows 10 Pro (Build 19045.5438)
  • RAM: 32.0 GB
  • BIOS Version: AMI F.25 (10/28/2024)

Troubleshooting performed:

  1. Confirmed BIOS is updated to the latest available version (F.25)
  2. Monitored system stability; crashes occur randomly during web browsing or under heavy gaming load

Attachments: I have attached the Minidump files (from C:\Windows\Minidump) to this message. Could you please analyze them and identify the specific module or driver causing the ntoskrnl.exe (or other) failure?

Best regards, Dmitrii

Hello, thank you for your reply.

I see that you still have an NVIDIA graphics card in your device. You could try reinstalling the NVIDIA graphics card driver to see if that resolves the issue.

    Hello again,

Thank you for the previous advice, but unfortunately, reinstalling the AMD Graphics drivers did not resolve the issue. I received another BSOD today, here is MiniDump

    Hello,

The blue screen log indicates a problem with AuthenticAMD.sys.

Please open Device Manager, locate and uninstall your AMD graphics card.

After uninstalling, restart your computer, go to the AMD website to download the corresponding graphics card driver, and reinstall the AMD graphics card driver to see if the problem is resolved.
