I'm having persistent problems with Bluetooth.

No way to fix it.

Now, I have a mini PC and the mouse and the keyboard are wireless. So with this problem I'm stuck.

Try the following steps on Windows 11 to restore Bluetooth so the wireless mouse and keyboard can work again. A wired USB mouse/keyboard may be needed temporarily to complete some steps.

    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
    • Open the Get Help app via Start and run the built‑in Bluetooth troubleshooter. It will automatically diagnose and attempt to fix common Bluetooth issues.
    1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled
    • If the mini PC has a physical Bluetooth switch, ensure it is turned on.
    • In Windows 11:
      • Select the Network/Sound/Battery icon on the right side of the taskbar.
      • In Quick settings, make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
      • Or go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and ensure Bluetooth is On.
    1. Check the Bluetooth devices
    • Ensure the mouse and keyboard are powered on, charged, and close to the mini PC.
    • Turn each device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on and try pairing again.
    • Keep them away from USB 3.0 devices/cables that might interfere with Bluetooth.
    1. Show all Bluetooth devices in Settings
    • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
    • Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, select Advanced so all Bluetooth device types are shown when pairing.
    1. Update Bluetooth drivers
    • Select Start, type Device Manager, and open it.
    • Expand Bluetooth.
    • Right‑click the Bluetooth adapter (may include the word “radio”) and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
    • Follow the prompts, then restart the PC if requested and test Bluetooth again.
    • If no newer driver is found, download the latest Bluetooth driver for Windows 11 from the mini PC manufacturer’s support site, then install it and restart.
    1. Reinstall the Bluetooth adapter
    • In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.
    • Right‑click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device > Uninstall.
    • Select Start > Power > Shut down.
    • Wait a few seconds, then power the mini PC back on.
    • Windows should reinstall the Bluetooth driver automatically. If not, open Device Manager, select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
    1. If Bluetooth has disappeared (no icon/toggle)
    • Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter again from Get Help.
    • Confirm Airplane mode is off: press Windows + A to open Quick settings and ensure Airplane mode is disabled.
    • Check Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates and install all available updates, then restart.
    • If still missing, update or reinstall the Bluetooth driver again as in steps 5–6.

If after all these steps Bluetooth is still completely unavailable, the issue may be hardware‑related (Bluetooth module failure) and the mini PC manufacturer’s support should be contacted.
