How can I cancel my microsoft 365 business?

How can I cancel my microsoft 365 business when I am unable to log in? This is the 2nd time since dec that this has happened. It took 2 months to get it fixed the 1st time. Now I am done with Microsoft and just want to cancel. Unfortunately without being able to log in I can proceed no further.
