If you are using the desktop application you can check at the top-right corner there should be a toggle switch that says: "New Outlook" you can turn it OFF. (That will trigger Outlook to go back to Classic mode).
I want to see my folders in my hotmail/outlook account.

Where can I find the deleted, spam, sent, etc folders in my email? Apparently, I now have the new outlook without my approval.
Or is there an easy way to get back to classic outlook without having to pay for it?
