Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories

I would like to provide you with the following information.
I understand that in your Microsoft Teams meeting, the Share button is not displayed. Please help me check and perform the steps below:
- Check on a different environment
Please verify whether this issue also occurs when you join a Teams meeting using:
- A web browser
- Or another device/application
- Sign out and sign back in
Please try signing out of Microsoft Teams, then sign back in and check again.
- Clear the Teams cache
- Step 1: Press Windows + R
- Step 2: Enter the following path and press Enter: %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
- Step 3: Delete all files and folders in this directory
- Step 4: Restart Microsoft Teams
- Check the policy applied to the account
Note: The steps below require admin permissions on the tenant. If you do not have admin rights, please contact your organization’s IT department for assistance.
- Step 1: Go to Meeting policies - Microsoft Teams admin center
- Step 2: Select Teams meeting > Meeting policies
- Step 3: Select the policy that is applied to your account
- Step 4: Check the settings related to sharing permissions in meetings
If the issue still persists after completing all the steps above, I recommend creating a support ticket with Microsoft Technical Support for further investigation.
Steps to create a Microsoft support ticket:
- Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com
- Step 2: Select Help & Support
- Step 3: Enter a title, for example: Request support to check Microsoft Teams
- Step 4: Select Contact Support
- Step 5: Choose your preferred contact method
After the ticket is submitted and assigned to a support engineer, the engineer will proactively contact you to further investigate and help resolve the issue.
