    Hi @Ayse Eren,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I would like to provide you with the following information.

I understand that in your Microsoft Teams meeting, the Share button is not displayed. Please help me check and perform the steps below:

    1. Check on a different environment

Please verify whether this issue also occurs when you join a Teams meeting using:

    • A web browser
    • Or another device/application
    1. Sign out and sign back in

Please try signing out of Microsoft Teams, then sign back in and check again.

    1. Clear the Teams cache
    • Step 1: Press Windows + R
    • Step 2: Enter the following path and press Enter: %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
    • Step 3: Delete all files and folders in this directory
    • Step 4: Restart Microsoft Teams
    1. Check the policy applied to the account

Note: The steps below require admin permissions on the tenant. If you do not have admin rights, please contact your organization’s IT department for assistance.

    • Step 1: Go to Meeting policies - Microsoft Teams admin center
    • Step 2: Select Teams meeting > Meeting policies User's image
    • Step 3: Select the policy that is applied to your account
    • Step 4: Check the settings related to sharing permissions in meetings User's image

If the issue still persists after completing all the steps above, I recommend creating a support ticket with Microsoft Technical Support for further investigation.

Steps to create a Microsoft support ticket:

    • Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com
    • Step 2: Select Help & Support User's image
    • Step 3: Enter a title, for example: Request support to check Microsoft Teams
    • Step 4: Select Contact Support
    • Step 5: Choose your preferred contact method

After the ticket is submitted and assigned to a support engineer, the engineer will proactively contact you to further investigate and help resolve the issue.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.

In a standard Microsoft Teams meeting, the Share button appears in the meeting controls and is used to present content (screen, window, whiteboard, PowerPoint, etc.). If it was missing, typical causes are meeting policies or limitations set by the organization hosting the meeting.

    To share content when available:

    1. Join the meeting.
    2. In the meeting controls, select Share.
    3. Choose what to share:
      • Screen to show the entire desktop.
      • Window to show a specific app.
      • Microsoft Whiteboard for a collaborative whiteboard.
      • PowerPoint Live to present slides.
      • Content from camera to show physical objects.
    4. Select Stop sharing when finished.

If the Share button is not visible at all:

    • The meeting organizer’s tenant may restrict sharing for certain participants or meeting types.
• Some features depend on the organization hosting the meeting, so not all sharing options (or sharing itself) may be available in every meeting.
• For accessibility scenarios, sharing can also be triggered via keyboard (for example, navigating to Open sharing options with Tab/Shift+Tab and pressing Enter), but if policies disable sharing, these options will not appear.

In this situation, contact the meeting organizer or the organization’s Teams administrator to confirm whether participant screen sharing is allowed for that meeting type and for the account used to join.
