"Unique email address required" message appears in Create Budget for Email Alerts

When I enter my email address under Email Alerts when creating a budget, a message in red appears under the email box, "Unique Email Address is Required." My email is also my account email. Why am I being asked for a unique email?

    Hi James,

    Are you trying to enter the same email address on multiple lines of the recipient list? The error message you are seeing is typically to prevent entering the same email address more than once in the recipient list. For example, say you entered several different addresses, and then accidently tried to enter same one you already entered on a different line.

    You can see from screenshot I already successfully entered the email address on the first line, then tried to enter it again on second line, and was blocked.

    If you only entered your address once, I would suggest exiting out of the Create Budget wizard and trying again from scratch. You might've just ran into odd bug in the portal validation and starting over will "fix" it.
