"click-to" mouse setting

I prefer using a mouse setting known as "click to" such that the mouse automatically moves to the next function. For example, when Outlook asks for confirmation to empty the deleted items folder, I want the mouse to jump to the "yes" box automatically. It was set that way until a few days ago. It seems to have defaulted to something else, and I cannot figure out how to change it back.
