We are fellow users here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, and we do not have access to your account or billing information, so we’re unable to check your payment status.
To view and pay your Microsoft 365 bill, please follow these steps:
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com
- Sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Click Services & Subscriptions.
- Locate your Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage.
- From there, you should be able to view your billing details, payment status, and any outstanding balance.
- You can also check under the Payment & Billing section to see your order history and invoices.
If you’re unable to find the subscription or still cannot view your bill, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly:

Sign in to your Microsoft account.
Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.
Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.
Click "Contact support" at the bottom.
Select the product you need help with.
Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.
