    Dear @Sudhir Warrier,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand you’re requesting a copy of the invoice for the charge of $137.79 on 02/17/2026 made to the credit card.

For security and privacy reasons, invoices can only be accessed or reissued directly through the account that was used to place the order, or by Microsoft Billing Support. I don’t have visibility into billing records or the ability to retrieve invoices on your behalf.

To help us point you to the fastest way, could you please confirm the following details:

    • Was this Microsoft subscription purchased directly from Microsoft?
    • Do you currently have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center for the account associated with this charge, or is the original admin no longer available?
    • Which Microsoft subscription this charge relates to (for example, Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium?

In the meantime, here are the quickest ways to obtain a copy of your invoice:

Option 1: If the subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using the account associated with the purchase > go to Product/Billing > View or Download the invoice for the February 2026 charge. For more information, please refer to View or download your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center

Option 2: If you no longer have access to the billing account or cannot locate the invoice

I recommend you contact Microsoft Billing Support and provide them with the charge amount and date and the last four digits of the card used. The billing team can locate the transaction and resend the invoice after verifying ownership. For more information, please refer to the Microsoft Official Guide here: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business

Option 3: If the subscription was purchased through a reseller or partner, you’ll need to contact them directly for a copy.

Note: Please understand that as a forum moderator, my role is to provide general guidance and troubleshooting support. I don’t have access to internal systems or backend tools, and I appreciate your understanding of these limits.

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I'm looking forward for your reply.
