MPN/ CSP Application Issues

We have been trying for 50 days to get support from Microsoft. I just opened an MSP business, one of the most important things we need while we get going is access to MPN/ CSP. We have seemingly been blacklisted by the AI that runs the screening for Microsoft, no explanation, no work around and ZERO HUMANS TO CONTACT FOR SUPPORT. This isn't even something wrong with our business. its all because the DUNS at our address was a different name/ business than the one we were applying with. BECAUSE THAT ISNT OUR BUSINESS. But Microsoft's AI doesn't care about that and has completely blocked us from getting access. there seems to be nothing we can do. I am in desperate need of help from ANYONE. PLEASE HELP.

    I think the DUNS mismatch is still blocking ur verify chain at the trust‑gate, so the only clean move is fixing that D&B record to ur exact legal name and re‑running once it syncs. and just so u don’t stall again, keep one simple adress‑proof ready that gate tends to bite right after DUNS clears.
