Azure message : Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225:

Hi,

I can't seem to get help from anywhere in Microsoft, I had an Azure account a couple of years ago and it has been dormant. Today I wanted to create a new account, it seems that my old account is in a "interaction_required" state. I tried talking to the support bot when I told it I was getting a message from Azure at login it just tells me to goto login support, then refuses to give me any other help.
Everything I try just gets me nowhere, to log a ticket I have to login to Azure which I can't!

Not sure where else to look, but I am totally stuck at the moment.

    Hello @Steve Oakley

    This issue will be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL and the tenant ID I have provided over the private messages tab:

    HTTP

    https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>
    

    Once you accessed the portal through the tenant-scoped URL, the tenant became active again and you will be able to manage resources without further issues.

    And the tenant will be restored successfully.
