Hello Elahe, it sounds like you’ve completed the sign-up flow but when you go to portal.azure.com → your profile (or Subscriptions blade) you don’t see anything and can’t access your “free” account. A few things to check:

    1. Are you actually new to Azure on that Microsoft account?
      • The Free Trial offer ($200 credit + 12 months of free services) is only available once per customer.
      • If you’ve ever had any Azure subscription (even an older one), you won’t get a new Free Trial. Instead, Azure will automatically provision a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.
    2. Did you fully complete the identity verification steps?
      • You must finish both phone and credit-card verification during signup.
      • If the card was declined or the progress bar hung, the subscription never got created. Try clearing cookies or use an incognito/InPrivate window.
    3. Make sure you’re in the right directory and account:
      • Click your account in the top right, verify the Directory (tenant) selected.
      • Go to Cost Management + Billing → Subscriptions and see if a Pay-As-You-Go subscription appears there.

Armed with those details we can pinpoint what’s blocking your profile–whether it’s an eligibility issue, a verification hiccup, or just a directory mix-up.
