What page specifically did you try to go when it redirects you? The office.com page?

If that's the case, you can click on Apps on the left pane and then find Word,Excel, Powerpoint, etc. I assume those are what you were looking for? Sorry, it is very unclear from your original thread.

If this is on your mobile device, you can download those apps from Google Play, they are actually free for the mobile version.

No way I'm intentionally logging out of MS on my android. Took at . E ast two weeks last time to get back in because didn't believe i was who I am. I should stop paying for this. Google is free, and I don't have to relog in on EVERY SINGLE page.

Redirection to Copilot and repeated sign-in prompts typically come from how Microsoft 365 web apps and Copilot are integrated in the browser, plus cookie or account issues.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Turn on third‑party cookies for Microsoft 365 web apps Copilot license validation and some Microsoft 365 experiences require third‑party cookies. If they are blocked, pages can fail to load correctly and repeatedly redirect. In Microsoft Edge:
      1. Open Settings and more (…) → Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
      2. Make sure Block third-party cookies is set to Off.
      In Google Chrome:
      1. Open Customize and control Google Chrome (⋮) → Settings → Privacy and security.
      2. Ensure Allow third-party cookies is selected.
      In Mozilla Firefox:
      1. Open Application Menu (☰) → Settings → Privacy & Security.
      2. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Custom.
      3. Ensure Cookies is unchecked.
      In Safari on macOS:
      1. Go to Safari → Settings… → Privacy.
      2. Under Website tracking, make sure Prevent cross-site tracking is unchecked.
      3. Go to the Advanced tab and ensure Allow privacy-preserving measurement of ad effectiveness and Block all cookies are unchecked.
    2. Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser Mixed personal/work accounts or stale sessions can cause loops and unexpected redirects.
      1. Sign out from all Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Copilot pages in the browser.
      2. Close all Microsoft 365 tabs.
    3. Clear site data for Microsoft sites Clearing cached site data often fixes redirect and sign‑in loops.
      1. In the browser, open site settings for Microsoft 365/Office/Copilot domains.
      2. Clear cookies and site data for those sites.
      3. Close and reopen the browser.
    4. Sign back in once with the intended account
      1. Go to the Microsoft 365 portal or the specific app site.
      2. Sign in with the single account that should have access.
      3. Navigate to the apps again and confirm whether the Copilot redirect stops.

If the issue persists after these steps, use a different browser profile or another browser to isolate whether the problem is profile‑specific, then contact support from the Microsoft 365 help pages.
