I bought digital college football 26 from Xbox store on sale for $13.99 and when hit down load it said my device wasn't compatible how do I make a dispute to get a refund

To dispute and request a refund for the Xbox digital game:

1. Go to the Xbox support page for refunds: Request a refund for digital games and sign in with the account used to buy the game.
2. Find the order for College Football 26 in the list.
3. Select the item and choose Request a refund.
4. Provide the reason (for example, that the game is not compatible with the device) and select Next.
5. Review the details and select Submit.

Refund requests can take up to 72 hours to process. Status can be checked on the Refund status tab. Refunds that are approved are usually returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
