Hello Microsoft Support,
We urgently need assistance with a Microsoft 365 sign-in issue.
Our organization is currently locked out of our Microsoft 365 tenant because the Microsoft Authenticator verification is not working. The Authenticator app does not show any approval request or verification code, so MFA verification cannot be completed.
This issue is affecting our administrator account, and unfortunately this is the only Global Administrator account in our tenant. Because of the MFA issue, the administrator account is locked and we currently have no administrative access to our Microsoft 365 tenant.
As a result, we cannot sign in to reset or re-register MFA.

This issue is blocking access to our Microsoft 365 services. We would greatly appreciate urgent assistance to reset MFA or restore access to the administrator account.
Our tenant is locked due to MFA on the only Global Administrator account, and we currently have no alternative admin access.
