how can i get transcript for failed certifications

am unable to get transcript for failed certification

An exam score/transcript can be downloaded from https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/schedule-through-pearson-vue?action=1

Failed exams do not appear on the Microsoft certification transcript. The transcript only shows successfully completed certifications, exams, and other credentials.

To view and share the official transcript of passed items:

1. Go to the Learn profile and sign in.
2. Select Transcript in the left column to see training and credential completion history.
3. Use Share link or Print → “Save to PDF” to share or download the transcript.

Failed attempts are not included and cannot be added to the transcript.
