    Hi Ganesh Pavan Reddy Y,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Please turn off your laptop and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds to re-initiate devices, your laptop might recognize the wireless card again.

    • Enter your BIOS to check if your wireless card / Bluetooth device / WLAN device appears on device list.
    • Check Device Manager again to see if Bluetooth and WLAN appear, or you might have unknown device if you did not install drivers yet.

If you can see your wireless card but don't have the drivers, please provide your laptop model so I can help you find the right drivers for your system.

If you have any further information, please feel free to let me know.

There are many versions of the ASUS ROG Strix g15 laptop, I need some more information to provide you with a link to the most compatible drivers for your system.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi adapters disappearing repeatedly usually indicates a driver or power/firmware issue. For an ASUS ROG Strix G15 on Windows 11, use these steps:

    1. Update Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi drivers via Device Manager
      1. Select Start, type Device Manager, and open it.
      2. For Bluetooth:
        • Expand Bluetooth.
        • Right‑click the Bluetooth adapter (may include “radio”) and select Update driver > Search automatically for drivers.
      3. For Wi‑Fi:
        • Expand Network adapters.
        • Right‑click the wireless adapter and select Update driver > Search automatically for drivers.
      4. Restart the PC after updates.
    2. Get the latest ASUS drivers (recommended for ROG laptops)
      1. Go to the ASUS support website for the exact ROG Strix G15 model.
      2. Download the latest Bluetooth and Wireless (Wi‑Fi/WLAN) drivers for Windows 11.
      3. If the download is an .exe, run it to install and then restart.
      4. If the download contains .inf/.sys files:
        • Open Device Manager.
        • Right‑click the Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi adapter > Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers.
        • Browse to the folder where the driver files were extracted and complete the wizard, then restart.
    3. Disable power saving on Bluetooth (to reduce random disappearances)
      1. In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth.
      2. Right‑click the Bluetooth adapter > Properties > Power Management tab.
      3. Clear Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
    4. Check Windows Update
      1. Select Start > Settings > Windows Update.
      2. Select Check for updates and install everything offered, then restart.
    5. If Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi completely disappears from Device Manager
      • Shut down the laptop completely.
      • Turn off power (and if possible, disconnect AC and wait a few minutes) to fully reset hardware.
      • Power back on and check Device Manager again; if the adapters reappear, immediately install the latest ASUS drivers as above.

If the issue persists even with the latest ASUS drivers and after full power resets, it can indicate a hardware problem with the wireless/Bluetooth module and may require ASUS service.
