Hi Anurag Verma,
BitLocker encryption is tied to the recovery key, not the email account used during setup. Without the recovery key, there is no supported way to unlock the D and E drives, even if you reinstall Windows or change accounts. The recovery key is usually saved to the Microsoft account used during initial setup, printed or exported by the installer, or stored in Active Directory/Azure AD if the device was domain‑joined. If you cannot locate the recovery key through those channels, the data on those drives cannot be accessed, and Microsoft does not provide any bypass method. At this point, your only option is to recover the BitLocker key from the original account or documentation; otherwise, the drives must be reformatted to be usable again.
I'm sorry you're facing this; hope my information is helpful to you. If it is, please give it a thump up for accept the answer, very appreciate it!
Harry.
