How do I verify this way?

For some reason, when I scan the QR code, even with the camera in the bing app, it takes me to the site in the app store when I already have it downloaded. Opening it does nothing. Am I doing something wrong? It doesn't take me to the verification and I want to redeem my points.

• Ensure that you are not using or connecting to any VPN or proxy.
• Logout and login to your account to every Microsoft Rewards dashboard that you are into.
• Check and try the dashboard on the Bing app and see if it will be the same.
• Check and try on a different browser as well and ensure that clean up the cache and also ensure that no extension/s installed might interfere with Microsoft Rewards.
• Another thing that you can check and try is to use InPrivate browsing or Incognito mode on whichever browser you are using.
• From the Bing app on your phone, use it to scan the QR code and the link would be a blank page and then check if you will be able to copy the link and paste it into a inPrivate or Incognito mode browsing window and check if it would open thus enabling it to complete the verification.

If you will still encounter an issue after checking the above, you may submit a ticket via https://rewards.bing.com/support for this to get checked internally by the rewards team.
