Hardware not found in my Partnercenter workspace. Deactivate processed.
Hello, nothing shows up in the workspace of Microsoft Partner Center.
I’m sure that when I previously signed in, the Hardware program was visible, and there I could see the list of my EV certificates and all the older drivers that had been certified. But now I can’t see anything, I can’t find where the registered certificate is, and since Hardware doesn’t appear I can’t see the driver list.
And when I try to go into the program to register for the program, I get the following message:
“Our records indicate that you have already enrolled into this program but your program registration is deactivated.”
How can I resolve this issue? I called the Microsoft Korea support phone number and explained the situation, but they only sent me a support link and ended the call. And even from that link I couldn’t get any help that actually worked.
I urgently need to check the drivers that were registered with our certificate.
