I need to speak with someone. I am being charged for 2 365 accounts when I only have 1 computer. I've been seeking help for the past 5 months and cannot get anyone to either understand what is going on or be willing to listen to what is happening to me. Microsoft is literally robbing me, and I cannot get anyone who is willing to help me.

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have access to your account or billing information, so we cannot view charges for you.

To start resolving the issue, you can use this guide to identify what the charge is for and check if it matches your subscriptions or purchases: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If the charge is related to a subscription you no longer want, follow the instructions here to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/cancel-your-microsoft-subscription-c2c6b0e3-cab3-cb98-d83e-c9ad54620530

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or choose Call me back to receive a call from Microsoft.
