    Hi Pandey,

You may try the following steps to resolve the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT error:

Restart the PC (try this first):

First, try restarting the computer. Please press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to force the PC to shut down completely. Wait for around 20–30 seconds, then power it on again. If the system boots into Windows normally, please monitor it for a while to see if the issue happens again.

    Update drivers:

Outdated or incompatible drivers may cause this issue. Please update the key drivers such as the chipset driver, graphics driver, LAN driver, and Intel Management Engine. It is recommended to download and install the latest versions from the Dell Support website for the Precision 3660.

    Update the BIOS:

In some cases, an outdated BIOS on Dell workstations can also trigger this error. Please visit the Dell Support website, search for the Precision 3660 model, download the latest BIOS version available, and update it following Dell’s instructions.

    Check the RAM:

Faulty memory can also lead to blue screen errors. To check the RAM, press Windows + R, type mdsched.exe, and press Enter. Then select Restart and check for problems. The system will restart and run a memory diagnostic to detect any potential issues.
