Re-Activate Old Azure Account

Question

I set up a free trial Azure account years ago so I could do learning exercises. However, I only used it for a little while. I am studying for my AZ-900 now and cannot access Azure with my primary email address (tied to my certificates and training transcripts). Please help...I don't want the Azure training exercises on my learn.microsoft.com to be tied to a different email address.

p.s. There is no clear/accurate Child Tag for this question...so hopefully "Azure Training" works
