AZ-104 should appear as a certification in the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard once the exam result has been processed. To view, download, and share it, follow these steps:
- Verify the certification is issued
- Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn account used to register for and take AZ-104.
- Go to the Learn profile and open the Credentials / Certifications area to confirm AZ-104 is listed.
- If AZ-104 is missing, follow the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications:
- Confirm the exam was actually passed and that all requirements for the certification are met by checking the relevant exam/certification details pages.
- Make sure the correct Learn profile is used (if there are multiple accounts, sign in with each and check).
- If it still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the Missing Exams or Certifications article.
- Access and download the certificate / transcript
- From the Certification Dashboard, use View Certificates to see available certificates and download them, or use View Transcript to download a PDF transcript:
- Certificates: From the dashboard, select View Certificates, then download the certificate file.
- Transcript: From the dashboard, select View Transcript, then choose PDF to download a copy, or Share to generate a shareable URL.
- Alternatively, from the Learn profile, open Transcript and use Print → Save to PDF to generate a PDF that can be shared.
- Share with Credly
- Microsoft badges are issued via Credly (formerly Acclaim). After AZ-104 is recognized on the Microsoft side, a digital badge is made available through Credly:
- Look for an email from Microsoft or Credly’s Acclaim platform inviting acceptance of the badge, or
- Create/sign in to a Credly account using the same email address that Microsoft has on file.
- Once the badge is accepted in Credly, it can be shared to LinkedIn and other platforms directly from Credly.
If AZ-104 still does not appear in the Learn profile or Certification Dashboard after verifying accounts and waiting for processing, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support as outlined in the Missing Exams or Certifications guidance so they can correct the record.
