Problems with my accounts

Hello Microsoft team,

I am writing because, due to organizational changes in the IT department, the head of the department was dismissed. As a result of this change, their account was disabled for security reasons. This caused the administrator account to be lost, and the sub-administrator ([Moderator note: personal info removed]) lost their privileges and is now just another account. I am now having trouble managing my accounts because I don't have administrator access to my Telnet account.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue by restoring my account to administrator status.
