I have the same issue on a different email platform. I've heard there's an email to forward these emails to Microsoft but that it doesn't work. Do you know a working email ?

Option one... Access your account online with a browser https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/
then right-click the message, select Report...etc.

I don't think that there is a valid address to which you could send spam that did not come from an outlook.com address..

    In this article: https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/pm/Policies

    1. Abuse and Spam Reporting

To report unlawful, abusive, unwanted or malicious email that you find originating from an Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, or MSN account, please forward a complete copy of the abusive message (including the full message header) to ******@outlook.com. Sending these types of communications is a violation of Microsoft policy and appropriate action will be taken on confirmed reports.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Microsoft has implemented several AI-based filters to block scam emails. However, some messages may still slip through.

If you receive scam emails, you can report them to Microsoft:

    1. Select the email you want to report.
    2. Click Report > Report phishing.

Screenshot of the Report button with Report Phishing selected in the classic ribbon in Outlook on the web.

After reporting, you can move the email to the Junk folder, where it will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

To further prevent emails from this sender:

    1. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email > Blocked senders and domains.
    2. Add the sender’s address to the blocked list so that future emails from this sender will be automatically moved to the Junk email folder.

Let me know if you still need more help.
