I need to change the region in my profile so that I can renew my 365 subscription.

I have moved from the Cayman Islands to the UK and now wish to renew my 365 subscription but the payment form wont allow my to us a UK payment card.

    There are two changes you need to make:

    #1:

    Go to Settings > Time and Language> Region > Correct country.

    #2:

    Change the country at https://account.microsoft.com/profile
