I am unable to access the Hardware Dashboard to submit a driver for attestation signing.

Account details:

  • Company: Airdrop Gaming
  • Account: ******@AirdropGaming.onmicrosoft.com
  • Hardware program status: Active (shows "Active In" on the Programs enrollment page)
  • EV Certificate: Active, validated 3/3/2026, issued by SSL.com, Thumbprint: 76A80D2B821500F6E1B91084C38456CF92FC7D6F

Error message: "We're sorry, you don't have permission to access this page because your Partner Center account has been deactivated."

Correlation ID 1: 465464a7-e7b7-4b12-af76-6b3ce758515a (03 Mar 2026)

Correlation ID 2: 00cc4f12-a88c-4661-9735-42af7e162c74 (05 Mar 2026)

Everything on my end appears complete — Hardware program shows enrolled, EV cert is active and linked. The portal still blocks access. How do I get this resolved?

The Partner Center message indicates that the Partner Center account itself is deactivated, even though the Hardware Program enrollment and EV certificate are valid. This cannot be fixed from the Hardware Dashboard UI and must be handled by Microsoft support for Partner Center/Windows Hardware.

Use the official Windows developer/Partner Center support path and provide the error text and correlation IDs so support can reactivate or repair the Partner Center account state.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to Windows developer support for dashboard issues:
    2. Use the dashboard support entry point:
      • In the Non-Technical Support–Dashboard section, select Ask Copilot.
    3. Authenticate with the affected Partner Center account:
      • Sign in using the @AirdropGaming.onmicrosoft.com account that is enrolled in the Hardware Program.
    4. Open a support incident if Copilot cannot resolve it:
      • Paste the validation code into the Copilot chat as instructed.
      • Describe the issue, including:
        • Exact error: “We’re sorry, you don’t have permission to access this page because your Partner Center account has been deactivated.”
        • Both correlation IDs and dates.
        • Confirmation that the Hardware Program shows as Active and that an EV certificate is associated.
      • If Copilot cannot resolve the problem, use the link it provides to open a support ticket. This routes the case to the Partner Center/Windows Hardware support team, who can investigate the deactivated account state and reactivate or correct it.

If the issue is related to conditional access or tenant restrictions (for example, if an Azure/Entra admin has applied policies that affect Partner Center), the support team may direct engagement with the organization’s Azure (Entra) administrator to adjust those policies. Microsoft cannot override conditional access policies enforced by the organization.

If there are any additional problems with driver submission or attestation signing after access is restored, use the same Windows developer support channel and, if needed, the Microsoft Collaborate portal via Partner Center to file a technical incident.
