Hi! First step is to confirm whether those charges are actually tied to your Microsoft account by checking your Order history here: account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Make sure you’re signed into the same Microsoft account you normally use for Microsoft 365/Xbox/Windows purchases, then look for the matching date/amount/merchant name. If the charges do appear there, open the order to review the product and billing details and you can proceed from Microsoft’s side (subscription/cancellation/refund options will depend on what was purchased).
If you don’t see the charges in that page, sign out and try any other Microsoft accounts you may have used (personal, work/school, older addresses), because the purchase could be under a different login. If after checking all accounts the charges still don’t appear in Microsoft order history, then they weren’t processed as a Microsoft purchase on your account — in that case, the correct action is to contact your bank/card issuer immediately to dispute/report the transactions and request a card replacement if needed.
