How to download a pdf of my Az400 exam certificate

Question

I completed the AZ400 exams and I was wondering how I can download the pdf certificate of my example on my profile. See below a link to my profile.

Downloading a PDF of an AZ-400 certificate is no longer supported as a direct certificate download. Instead, the certificate must be viewed/printed from Microsoft Learn and then saved as a PDF.

Use these steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft Learn profile credentials page (for example, the Credentials area under the profile).
2. Locate the AZ-400 certification in the list of credentials/certifications.
3. Open the certification so it is displayed on screen.
4. Use the browser’s Print function and choose Save as PDF (or an equivalent PDF printer) to create a PDF copy of the certificate.

According to current guidance, the legacy Certification Dashboard download option is no longer available, and certificates must be viewed, printed, and saved as PDF from Learn.

I don't see a way to view the certificate on my screen. There is no certificate to view, I am missing something or there is a prerequisite in order to view certificate.
