Verified company cannot control official images in Bing Places listing – Case [PII Removed] unresolved for months

Hello,

I am requesting assistance and escalation regarding an unresolved issue with our Bing Places business listing.

Company: [PII Removed]

Website: [URL Removed]

Case number: [PII Removed]

Our business listing is verified in Bing Places. However, the images displayed in our listing are not the official images uploaded through the administrator account.

Instead, Bing continues to display external images from other sources that do not accurately represent our company, brand, or current facilities.

We have already contacted Bing Places support and opened case [PII Removed]. Unfortunately, the issue has remained unresolved for several months without a definitive solution.

Despite uploading correct and updated images through the verified account, the platform continues prioritizing external images. This creates incorrect visual information for users and negatively affects our company's brand representation.

Our questions are:

  1. How can a verified business prioritize or enforce the display of official images uploaded from the administrator account?
  2. Is there a way to disable or limit external image indexing for a Bing Places listing?
  3. Why are external images overriding the images uploaded by the verified owner?
  4. What is the official process to ensure only approved images represent the business?

At this point we are requesting that this case be escalated to the appropriate technical team, as the current support process has not provided a solution after several months.

We would greatly appreciate guidance from the Bing Places or Microsoft technical team.

Thank you

    Hello María Emma Duran Quintero

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Q&A Forum!

Since this is a public forum, no one here including moderators, advisors or volunteers have access to Bing Places systems and can’t modify listings, control image selection, or perform escalations internally.

Since you already have an open Bing Places support case, the only escalation path is to continue within that case and request review by the Bing Places data quality or engineering team.

Thank you for bringing this to the forum, and I hope Bing Places support can provide a definitive resolution through the existing case.
