I keep getting debited charges for Microsoft. I do not use Microsoft. I do not have an account with Microsoft. How do I find or trace with you where the charges came from, what it is for, and where did you send the purchase?

    Access your account's order history and see if you find any purchases with the same amount;
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Also follow these steps to identify the purchase;
    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

    If you do not recognize any purchases, it may indicate that unauthorized charges were made on another Microsoft account using your credit card. In this case, you should contact your credit card provider and open a dispute for the transactions.

    Microsoft Billing Support cannot directly investigate charges related to someone else’s account. However, once a dispute is opened by your card provider, Microsoft can review and respond through the official dispute process.
