Since the bundle purchase is confirmed, this looks like an entitlement sync issue — the license was purchased but hasn't properly propagated to the Java launcher yet.
A good first step is to reset the Microsoft Store cache, which can sometimes clear up license recognition problems. To do that, press Win + R, type wsreset.exe, and hit Enter. This clears the Store's local cache and forces it to re-sync your entitlements. Once it's done, reopen the launcher and check if Java now shows as owned.
If that doesn't change anything, the issue is likely at the account/entitlement level — meaning the license exists on your order but isn't correctly linked to your account on the backend. At that point, the best path forward is to contact Minecraft Support directly at https://help.minecraft.net, as they have access to entitlement records and can manually push the license to your account.
