Hi

I have been using Onedrive for the past 4 years, and I have been very happy with it all.
However today I found that Onedrive won't syncronize the new Excel File I made...

Under status on my local house PC there is the red "X" that indicates that Sync Failed.

When I go online and try to make a new folder in the "My Files" section I get the message:
"Site has exceeded its maximum file storeage limit"

On the bottom left I can see that I have used 9,8GB of 1TB (1%)

Please help me.

I am very dependant that this works for me.

Yours Cencerely

    Hi, I'm John!

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you saving the file to your personal OneDrive, or inside a shared folder / SharePoint site?
    2. If you open https://onedrive.live.com does the storage also show 9.8 GB of 1 TB used?
    3. Did this start suddenly today, or after syncing a specific folder or file?

If possible, also tell me the exact sync error message when you click the red "X" in the OneDrive icon.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
