reset MFA please

I cannot sign in to my other account because I removed it from the Microsoft Authenticator and not I can't sign in at all

    Please check first if your account is a personal or a work or school account.

    • For personal Microsoft accounts, the correct step is to use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form at https://account.live.com/acsr, which is the official method for users who lost access to MFA after removing their Authenticator entry. If you cannot approve MFA anymore, Microsoft Support cannot manually reset MFA for personal accounts, so the only option is to verify your identity through the recovery form and wait for the automated process to complete.
    • If the account is a work or school account, your IT admin must reset your MFA in the Microsoft Entra admin center.
