For Outlook for home use, phone support is available through Microsoft’s general customer service numbers and call-back options.

To get to a technical support agent by phone:

    1. Use the Get Help app (Windows)
      1. In Windows, open Start and search for Get Help.
      2. In Get Help, describe the Outlook issue.
      3. If self-help doesn’t resolve it, select Contact support when offered.
      4. Choose Outlook / Microsoft 365 & Office as the product and follow the prompts.
      5. When asked for a contact method, choose the phone/call-back option and enter a phone number so a support agent can call back.
    2. Use the online “Get Help” entry point for home users
      1. Go to the Get Help entry for home users: Get Help.
      2. Describe the Outlook problem.
      3. Proceed through the suggested steps until the option to contact support appears.
      4. Select the phone or call-back option if available in the region.
    3. Use the global phone numbers list (home users)
      1. Open the Customer service phone numbers page.
      2. Under Home Users, select the region.
      3. Use the listed customer service number for help with downloading, installing, activating, or technical support for Outlook/Office.

Availability of phone options depends on region, product, and hours of operation.
