outlook isn't working how do i fix it

outlook stopped sending my mail. i have tried uninstalling, and i tihnk i did that, but i can't find a reinstall. i tried reinstall ing outlook, but that's not working either.

When you say Outlook is not sending mail, what exactly happens when you try to send one? Do you see an error message?

Also, a few quick questions so I can narrow this down:

Are you using Outlook desktop app or Outlook on the web in a browser?

Which version are you using (for example Outlook from Microsoft 365, Outlook 2021, etc.)?
